CONTEXT IS INFRASTRUCTURE
Memory should not reset at the end of a session. Every agent run, every decision, and every document is a data point in a continuous system state. We build for persistence first. Convenience is downstream of it.

EXECUTION OVER DELIBERATION
Agents do not advise. They act. Hellomens does not surface suggestions and wait for approval — it runs structured execution chains against declared intent and returns outcomes. Thinking is fast. Serialized confirmation loops are the bottleneck.

BOUNDED BY DESIGN
Every agent declares its permission surface before it runs. The system knows exactly what each component can read, write, and call. An execution environment without declared boundaries is not intelligent infrastructure — it is undefined behavior.

PARALLEL IS THE DEFAULT
The human mind does not process one task at a time. Neither does Hellomens. Multi-agent execution is not a feature toggle — it is the architectural baseline. Sequential AI pipelines are a 2022 constraint we do not carry forward.

Context persists across sessions, across agents, across time. The memory graph is not a convenience layer — it is the product. Every prior run informs the next. The system accumulates working knowledge the way a senior engineer does: by not forgetting what has already been learned.
